This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data when you use Cosmos Platform, Cosmos Business, CosmosMarket, Audio Force Radio and nodedawn.com (together "our products").

1. Information we collect

Account information — name, email address, username and password. Business information — business name, address, postcode, phone number and business category. Payment information — billing address and transaction history. Payment processing is handled securely via Stripe. We do not store card details. Usage data — IP address, device type, browser and platform usage information. Communications — messages, enquiries, support requests and other correspondence through our products. Mobile app data — device identifiers, app usage data and location data where you have granted permission through Cosmos Business or CosmosMarket.

2. How we use your information

To provide, maintain and improve our products. To process payments and manage subscriptions. To display your business listing on CosmosMarket where enabled. To communicate important updates, support requests and marketing where you have opted in. To monitor platform activity for safety, legal compliance and fraud prevention. To fulfil our obligations under the Online Safety Act 2023 and other applicable law.

3. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us run our products including Stripe for payment processing, hosting providers and email services. We may share information with law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by law or where we reasonably believe illegal activity has occurred. Consumer-facing business profile information including business name, address, phone number and social links is displayed publicly on CosmosMarket where you have enabled this.

4. Data retention

We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide services and comply with legal obligations. All communications through our products are retained for a minimum of 12 months for legal compliance purposes. Upon account cancellation data may be deleted after 30 days.

5. Your rights under UK GDPR

7. Mobile applications

Cosmos Business and CosmosMarket may collect device identifiers and usage data to improve app performance. Location data is only collected where you have explicitly granted permission. We do not share mobile app data with third parties for advertising purposes.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data including SSL encryption, secure server infrastructure and access controls.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through our products.
