This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") applies to all businesses and individuals registered on any Node Dawn Group Ltd product. By registering you agree to this Policy in full.
1. Permitted use
You may use Node Dawn Group Ltd products to operate a lawful business, send permission-based communications to customers who have opted in, and manage legitimate business activity within your declared business category.
2. Prohibited โ illegal goods and services
- The sale, promotion or facilitation of illegal drugs, controlled substances or drug paraphernalia.
- The sale, promotion or facilitation of weapons including firearms, knives or any item intended to cause harm.
- The sale of counterfeit, stolen or fraudulently obtained goods.
- Any activity that constitutes money laundering or financial fraud.
- Any service or transaction that is unlawful under the laws of England and Wales.
3. Prohibited โ sexual services and exploitation
- The advertising, promotion or facilitation of prostitution, sexual services or escort services of any kind.
- The promotion of adult entertainment or sexually explicit content.
- The use of any Node Dawn Group Ltd product to solicit, arrange or facilitate sexual services.
- Any content, listing or communication of a sexual nature directed at or involving minors.
4. Child safety โ zero tolerance
Node Dawn Group Ltd operates a zero tolerance policy on any activity that endangers, exploits or harms children or minors. This includes any content, communication or service that involves the sexual exploitation of children, any attempt to use any Node Dawn Group Ltd product to groom, contact, solicit or gain access to minors for any unlawful purpose, and any content that depicts, promotes or facilitates harm to children.
Any business or individual found to be in violation of this section will be immediately and permanently suspended from all Node Dawn Group Ltd products without notice and reported directly to the National Crime Agency, the Internet Watch Foundation and local law enforcement. Node Dawn Group Ltd cooperates fully with law enforcement in all matters involving child safety.
5. Prohibited โ messaging and enquiries
All enquiries and messages through Node Dawn Group Ltd products are monitored, scanned and logged. You must not use any messaging system to solicit illegal transactions, conduct communications outside your declared business activity, contact consumers in a harassing or inappropriate manner, or arrange any activity prohibited under this Policy.
6. Prohibited โ general
- Harassment, threatening behaviour or intimidation of any consumer, business or Node Dawn Group Ltd representative.
- Incitement to violence, hatred or discrimination on the basis of any protected characteristic under the Equality Act 2010.
- Spam, unsolicited marketing or bulk messaging without consent.
- Security probing, scraping or any attempt to bypass platform access controls.
- Excessive resource usage that degrades service for other users.
7. Business categories
Businesses must operate within their declared category. The following are not permitted as registered business types: sexual services of any kind, businesses whose primary or secondary purpose involves illegal activity, and businesses working with minors without appropriate safeguarding certifications. Node Dawn Group Ltd reserves the right to request proof of business legitimacy or safeguarding certifications at any time.
8. Data retention
All communications and business activity through Node Dawn Group Ltd products are logged and retained for a minimum of 12 months. This data cannot be deleted by the business and may be provided to law enforcement upon lawful request.
9. Reporting
Report any suspected illegal or prohibited activity to report@nodedawn.com. We will acknowledge all reports within 2 business days and escalate to the relevant authorities where appropriate.
10. Enforcement
Violations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent removal from all Node Dawn Group Ltd products, forfeiture of remaining subscription without refund, reporting to relevant authorities, and legal action where appropriate.
11. Legal compliance
Node Dawn Group Ltd operates in compliance with the Online Safety Act 2023, Computer Misuse Act 1990, Equality Act 2010, Children Act 2004 and UK GDPR.
12. Agreement
By registering on any Node Dawn Group Ltd product you confirm you have read and agree to this Policy. This Policy forms part of your binding agreement with Node Dawn Group Ltd.
